1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting lead inquiry parameters, or commissioning development contracts with GenTechBridge ("we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our sites, portals, and services.

2. Services & Project Scope

GenTechBridge provides technical services including website development, website maintenance, CRM programming, n8n automation flow setup, SEO consulting, and API system integrations.

Each project is governed by a separate, signed **Project Scope Document** or B2B Proposal specifying deliverables, timelines, milestones, and testing requirements. Any alterations or add-ons outside the initial scope will be treated as separate change orders.

3. Pricing & Payments

Project estimates are calculated in **Indian Rupees (INR)**.

• Development Projects: Typically require a percentage-based advance payment before development begins, with milestone payments linked to progress indicators.
• Maintenance Retainers: Invoiced in advance on a monthly or quarterly recurring cycle.
• Late Payments: We reserves the right to suspend development server access or stop database syncs if invoices remain outstanding for more than 15 calendar days.

4. IP & Code Ownership

Upon successful receipt of the final project payment, ownership of all custom source code, assets, database structures, and designs is transferred entirely to the client.

We retain the right to utilize anonymized libraries, utility scripts, and automation template blueprints created during development to support other projects, provided no proprietary or trade secret elements are disclosed.

5. Liability Limitation

GenTechBridge is not liable for business dropouts, server downtimes, API rate limit updates, or traffic losses occurring after project delivery. Clients are responsible for maintaining secure API credentials, domain subscriptions, and hosting accounts unless covered by an active website management contract.
